Inner lined glass heat exchange tube
Time: 2023-03-20
The inner lining glass tube adopts cold lining, furnace hanging firing, and curve heating process, ensuring the verticality of the heat exchange tube and the thickness of the lining glass layer on the surface of each heat exchange tube is 0.8-1.3mm. The standard size of the lining glass heat exchange tube is DN32 × 2000,DN50 × 2000,DNDN50 × 3000 can also be customized for non-standard dimensions based on on-site conditions. The heat exchange tube steel embryo is made of 3.5-5mm seamless steel pipes, which have high strength and better ensure stable operation in pressure and high temperature operating environments. Especially under heating conditions, it can better withstand the aerodynamic vibration effect caused by steam entering.

The outer glass lined tube heat exchanger is equipped with a glass lined anti-corrosion layer fired on the outer walls of the shell side and heat exchange tube. The tube plate is also made of steel lined molded PFA tube plate, with thread sealing and single sealing and disassembly. Compared to the glass lined tube heat exchanger with material passing through the tube side, the steel lined molded PFA tube plate, carbon steel nut, and outer glass lined heat exchange tube have a larger material path space and are more suitable for gas phase materials, which is more conducive to gas saturation and heat exchange in the chamber, And discharge. At the same time as the heat exchange medium is used on the tube side, a jacket is also installed outside, and the heat exchange medium can also be used inside the jacket, so that the material can undergo sufficient heat exchange both inside and outside. Traditional glass lined floating head tube heat exchangers generally use glass lined tube sheets that are prone to explosive porcelain or PTFE tube sheets. They are prone to leakage under high operating conditions, have high maintenance costs, and are too cumbersome to disassemble. The same heat exchange area and volume are larger. Compared to traditional glass lined floating head tube heat exchangers, they are more pressure resistant, less prone to vibration after gas enters, and will not explode porcelain. It also saves users on usage costs.
